How Do I Use It? – Sublingually; Drop 1 – 2 droppers under your tongue and let it sit for at least 60-90 seconds before swallowing, drinking, or eating.

Onset Time: 15 minutes – 2 hours

Duration: Frequent users may find effects last for a couple of hours, whereas infrequent users may feel the effects for several hours. Start low and go slow, working your way up to higher doses.

• Breathe Through Your Nose – You may have heard of this before in reference to other things. When you breathe through your mouth, it draws air over your taste buds to help you experience more flavors. By breathing through your nose, it will decrease the amount of air flow to your taste buds and help you with the taste.
• Brush Your Teeth Before – Have you ever had a cup over orange juice after brushing your teeth? It is very unpleasant tasting! The reason being is because toothpaste contains surfactants that help decrease the surface tension between the toothpaste and your teeth. Allowing your teeth to get a more thorough clean. Surfactants mess with your taste buds and prevents them from tasting sweetness and a few other flavors. This means brushing your teeth before your use the oil, it will help mask the earthy taste.
• Have A Drink/Snack Handy – After you have let your product sit under your tongue for 60 – 90 seconds, drinking water after will wash any residual oil out of your mouth. Eating something after will help get rid of any lasting taste out of your mouth!
